Smoke Signals S7E8: Kluber and Zmac edition (take two)
Note, Smoke Signals was to air on Tuesday night at 11pm ET but a last minute issue prevented us from airing it. We have decided to air it tonight instead, so with that I am re-posting yesterday's teaser.
Smoke Signals.....has come back....to Blog Talk Radio.
(That was in my best "The Rock" voice by the way.)
In any case, as most of you know we have experimented with a few different ideas with Smoke Signals and also were off air for a few weeks. We have finally settled on our format and tonight at 11pm ET we return back to live radio and people can call in live to talk Tribe. What will be different is instead of one hour long show on Tuesday night we will now air two half hour shows on Tuesday and Thursday. This will allow us to focus our show on Tuesday more on the Major League side of things and focus our Thursday show on more of the Minor League side of things.
Please note, we will also use the podcast option as we see fit when we want to do longer shows that focus on other things and perhaps have an interview with someone in the Indians organization.
In tonight's show IBI draft guru Jeff Ellis once again steps into the co-hosting chair and joins Smoke Signals regular Tony Lastoria to talk about the Indians. They will talk about the recent performances of Corey Kluber, Zach McAllister and Josh Tomlin and their future in the organization. They will also talk about how the Indians will manage the loss of Jason Kipnis, the decision to go with Josh Tomlin over Trevor Bauer to fill the fifth starter void, and more.
Feel free to call us at 1-347-202-0338 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to talk about anything on your mind. Thanks again for listening!
You can listen to the show live or download it and listen to it later here:
